Shall be exciting to see your trades and the rules you apply. I personally haven't got on with trading, i tried that Plus 500 once and lost £100 within a week haha was fun though.

Rule 1:
Know you are buying a certain stock.Always do you own research before buying any stock.
Don't buy Meme/Hyped stocks

Rule 2:
Set your profit threshold and stick to it (Don't get greedy)

Rule 3:
Learn the basics.
- The Stock market
- The opening and closing times of different stock exchanges.
- Basic costs of your transactions
- Simple percentage calculations
- News and how it affects Stock prices.

Rule 4:
Start small

Rule 5:
Be patient.
Some swing trades could take longer than you hoped for.
As long as you have done your research, be patient.

This is really interesting, hope you don't mind if I ask a few questions.

* If you are making Swing trades, why would you avoid meme / hype stocks?
Surely these are pretty good to trade due to the momentum behind them?

* How do you determine how news will affect a stock?

I know this sounds like a ridiculous statement, but as someone who has been invested into Tesla for over two years now, there have been plenty times "Good" news has been reported only for the stock to go down.

*What goes into your research ?

*Is there ever a time a swing Trade turns into an unexpected long term Investment?

Hiya. Thanks for the questions.
1. I avoid Meme/Hyped stocks as they are too volatile for me. My risk tolerance is pretty low.

2. The Stock Market is a very unpredictable place. Big positive news usually cause a rise in the stock price as it draws investors' attention to thr company. Bad news has the opposite effect on stock price. Tesla as you sited has a few things going wrong for the....the company is doing well but the CEO keep tweet like Donald trump and messing about with crytocurrency. Investors are weary.

3. I would share what goes into my research shortly. Please stay tuned
